Crittery is a exotic pet resource website providing information on common and exotic rodents and small mammals such as African Pygmy Mice, African Pygmy Dormice, Fancy Mice, Harvest Mice, Mongolian Gerbils, Mouselike Hamsters, Southern Flying Squirrels, Steppe Lemmings, Sugar Gliders, Hedgehogs, Tenrecs and Zebra Mice amongst many others. Crittery can take in exotic rescues where we have space. Any animal that does not find a responsible, vetted home just stays with Crittery for the rest of its life. If you are new to a species please do not let it put you off enquiring; we are here to offer advice and support on these animals as well as give you plenty of resources to continue your research.

Successfully rehomed

Blackberry is a young male Zebra mouse who came to us in may 2014 from Doric Hamstery and mousery as his temperament makes him more suitable for a pet home than a breeding mouse. He is a shy lad who we introduced to a group of female fancy mice to give him company, as he was not getting on well with his own kind.

Blackberry and the group of female mice have now been rehomed to a trusted friend, and have been introduced to some older girls.
