Roo and George

Species: African Pygmy Dormice
Group: 2, Male
Arrived: 04 February 2011

Successfully rehomed

These two African Pygmy Dormice boys came to us after a big fallout in their previous home. They had damaged tails due to fighting and although normally sociable animals, it was considered best to home these boys each to a separate home.

Roo went to a home with the experience rodent rescuers at mickelmarsh mouse house and George went to an experience hamster breeder. In each case, they have been kept in a large vivarium or glass tank with a decent diet and a great deal of enrichment - extremely happy and spoilt boys!
