Jerry the Jerboa

Species: Greater Jerboa
Group: 1, Female
Arrived: 03 August 2014

Successfully rehomed

This lovely girl has been well cared for but came to us as the owner's circumstances changed. Jerboa are not an easy animal to handle and Jerry is quite jumpy.

Jerry remained with us for some time and was a lot of fun to interact with. As Crittery prepared to move home however, we were unable to source new friends for her and her behaviour became stressed as it was clear she needed friends. Thankfully, a trusted exotic animal friend had a group of Jerboa and was willing to take on Jerry and integrate her into this group. Jerry has now settled down with her and is in a bigger enclosure.
